Presented by the Tofino Botanical Gardens and in collaboration with TourismTofino, the 3rd Annual Tofino Winterlights Festival is a celebration of light and art that ran from November 30th 2018 to January 6th 2019 each night. The enchanting lights and magical exhibits were created by thousands of twinkling lights in one of the world’s great gardens.
I was commissioned to create the promotional material for the event, which was displayed all across the small surfing towns of Tofino and Ucluelet in British Columbia, Canada. The poster captures the vibe and the feel of the festival through its use of vibrant colour and light leaks whilst displaying all the relevant information about the event.
The admission cards were given out to attendees of the festival to prove entry into the event, for multiple entry use.
